From the outset we have successfully delivered local and international construction, contracting, land investment, and property development projects, often in collaboration with leading financial institutions through project finance and credit agreements.

Subsequently, in 2005, Ottoman Life A.Ş. was established to develop, construct, and sell the “Konak Evleri” project, comprising 57 luxury residences on a prime plot of land in Turgutreis, Bodrum, Türkiye, one of the world’s most renowned destinations. The project was successfully completed.
